How long will it take to receive my shipment?
Most orders are shipped within 1 business day once you place your
order. However, we do ask that you allow a 1 - 4 day processing
period in case we need to have an item made for you by the manufacturer.
If you absolutely need an item to ship out the same day you place
your order, please give us a call at 888.660.3342 so we can confirm
that the item will ship out immediately.
Are shipping charges included in the price?
Shipping will be applied during the checkout process, you will be given a few shipping options, with the actual cost listed next to each. We do not believe in profiting from shipping costs, therefore we have incorporated a real-time shipping calculator into our online store, costs will be determined in real time based on the size and weight of the products that you order.
Tuxedo Mailbox guarantees that all of it's shipping costs are priced fairly, honestly and accurately.
What methods of shipping do you have available?
We offer standard UPS Ground shipping as our standard shipping method, all customers have the option to upgrade to UPS 2-Day Air or UPS Next Day Air shipping methods, however, the cost of shipping will increase with each shipping upgrade.
Can an order be delivered to a P.O. Box?
Yes, for all shipments to a P.O. Box we will use the United States
Postal Service's Priority Mail Delivery Confirmation. NOTE: Using
a P.O. Box instead of a physical address may delay your order
by 1 - 2 days. If possible, we recommend using a physical address
instead of a P.O. Box for tracking purposes and quicker delivery
times.
*** IMPORTANT NOTE: If you
decide to have your order shipped to a PO Box (including APO and
FPO addresses), you will incur an additional $15 shipping charge
for Priority Postal Service).
Is "rush delivery" available?
Rush deliveries are available. Remember that orders usually take
1 - 4 days for processing prior to shipment. To be on the safe
side, contact us via email or phone (888.660.3342) to verify that
you will receive your package by a specific date.
Additional shipping charges for Hawaii and Alaska?
For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we use UPS 2-Day Air Delivery.
You will be charged the standard rate for UPS 2-Day Air.
Do you ship to APO's/FPO's?
Yes, we do ship to APO's/FPO's. We use "Priority Postal Service";
cost is $23.95. (NOTE: you will notice this shipping option is
available at time of "checkout" if you order online.

Do you ship packages internationally?
No. We no longer ship packages to countries outside the United
